We’ll gladly exchange merchandise (modern & vintage) for a store credit within 14 days of receipt/delivery. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unworn with original packaging in tact and and tags attached. Contact us for a return authorization number at email@example.com and mail the item(s) back within 14 days of your order date. A gift card for the full amount of the item will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards can be redeemed online or in-store (Cleveland, OH).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
Online purchases may also be returned in-store after receiving a return authorization number by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale & Ineligible Items
Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Beauty and apothecary items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If it has been more than 14 days since your order has been received/delivered, it will be ineligible for an exchange or store credit.
Your original shipping charge is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs, choose any courier you like.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition: unused, packaging in tact and tags attached. If we receive the item(s) used or not in the same condition as when you received it, you will be notified, and not receive a store credit.
We do not issue refunds, only store-credit.
