Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from Cleveland, Ohio within 3 business days of your order date, excluding holidays.  Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the package, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination.  Domestic orders $100+ ship free.  Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. To check the status of your order, log into your account to view your order.  If the package is marked delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be responsible for refunding or replacing.  

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.  All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.  

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

International Shipping

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes at the time of arrival to the destination. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur with international packages.  Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email and tracking if applicable. To check the status of your order, log into your account to view your order.  Some International shipments may experience custom delays.  We suggest you contact your local customs office.  If the package is marked delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be responsible for refunding or replacing.  If tracking is not included with the shipping method chosen and provided by your country's courier, we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
