Rising Boutique began in 2021, when founder Heather Sapanos opened the first storefront in Ohio City, bringing home the style she'd absorbed over nine years in Los Angeles. Today, that's grown into two homes: Ohio City's Hingetown district and Pinecrest, opened in 2025.
